We begin March 28, 2024, with our informational session to build the sacred container, intention setting, Q & A, and introduction of Special Guests. Check ins and live revival sessions are the same time every day beginning March 29th:

THE WHAT – The Human Body’s 4 Levels
We begin with the Spiritual Body and go clockwise to create or “manifest”. According to the Cosmic Clock, every year on your birth month/day, you start in the Spiritual Body, Capricorn, moving monthly on your birthday date through each “hour”.
For Our Very Good Body Revival, we begin with the Physical Body and go counterclockwise to uncreate or “demanifest” all that is no longer in the highest and best for each of our newly balanced, high energy frequency, beautifully attuned and aligned with our Soulful Life Force very good bodies.

Thursday – The Law of Intention & Desire – You Create the Sun, the Moon, and the Stars

Friday – The Law of Detachment – At one with the Birds & Sea Creatures

THE WHY
It is a fact our planet, our cities, our social systems, our environments all the way into the cellular and sub-atomic structures of our bodies have experienced, and still experience, examples of toxic trauma (too much, too fast, too soon, too often), pollution, fear, suffering, dishonesty, betrayal, inequity, inhuman self-interest, injustice, ignorance…
We each have the responsibility and the freedom to know our whole integrated self in powerful balance, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and love, all the time, everywhere, at every age, stage, and evolutionary wave of our human lifetime. To be fully present to our creativity, contribution, and communication with ourselves, our loved ones, and one another, across all walks of life and cultural spectra.
This offering is designed as 7 days of personalized spa dates filled with opulent, luxurious pleasure. The intention is to easily and consciously reboot your very good body/mind/spirit systems holistically. Increasing creative joy with minimal effort and maximum results. At a fraction of the cost for one bodywork session.
All you need is the desire to witness your own transformation to enhanced strength, stamina, acumen, flexibility, and creativity. Then, you will allow your very good body to remember how to optimally sustain itself in ever-increasing measure. With your Whole Integrated Self permanently, and safely, in the driver’s seat. You will notice your relationship with temporary discomfort becoming less and less uncomfortable. Their onset decreasing in intensity and duration. You start recognizing how to experience discomfort through a more truthful lens colored by unconditional love. You learn to enjoy the ride and have more faith in yourself.
Creating a new relationship with learning. Developing a greater capacity for your wholehearted presence in everything you think, do, say, express.
You will honor the humility required to strengthen more honest interactions with the world and your inner self. Embrace uncertainty with wonder. Expand a more open mind. Walk the earth with an open heart. No matter what challenges of the amazing human experience come your way.
You will cultivate continuous states of peace, harmony, joy, and love. You will be a conscious creative power generator living from the pure flow state of natural life and living. You will become clearer and make choices that maximize your benefit and increase the well-being of all life around you. Guaranteed!
THE HOW
1. Consuming, ingesting, taking in, receiving with heightened, conscious awareness and unconditionally loving thought processes all manner of food, drink, audio and visual products, money, all your basic needs of belonging, wilderness, creativity, and sovereign safety through grateful and heightened self-awareness
2. Slowing down everything we habitually do to speed up and amplify metabolism, comprehension, fun, awareness, intuition, creativity…
3. Mindfully giving yourself quality time with yourself. Releasing, even if it feels awkward, all judgments, evaluations, misdirections, misaligned thoughts, words, and deeds that have any negative connotation, fear, mistruths, or attachments to past belief systems
4. Committing to loving yourself for 7-days and beyond
PREPARATION
1 To the best of your ability, remove all processed foods from your home and commit to not purchasing any during the 7 days.
2 If you currently have limited or no access to healthy fresh food and water, bless and be grateful to everything you do have to ingest for nourishment. Consciously creating joy in the consuming of it. If you currently have limited access to positive people who uplift, empower, and care for you deeply, direct your ears and eyes to see and hear only loving, truthful, kindness directed toward you. Sending the same out. A journal is highly recommended daily.
3 Review the suggested list of foods and the recipes. The Green Drink/Soup is a superpower food. Determine what you will prepare for yourself, or purchase prepared from others, during the week. Shop for what you need, daily or ahead of the week, as you wish.
4 It is highly recommended all condiments, processed, or pre-packaged foods, alcohol, caffeine, additives, dairy (cow milk & eggs), preservatives, sugar, starches, seasonings other than fresh herbs and spices, be avoided, or greatly limited for the 7-days. Less fruits and more of all vegetables, especially green ones. Roots and hi-carb vegetables are OK fall & winter season. White meats best. If you are vegetarian or vegan, increase your
5 normal protein sources, limiting only sugars and starches for the 7 days. Fresh and homemade always best!
6 Calendar what time and day you will give yourself the hour of “you time” and download the recordings to prepare.
7 During your one-hour spa sessions, make your space sacred. Allow yourself to be immersed in quality time of self-care. These are acts of self-love.
THE WHEN: 7-DAYS OF PURIFICATION PROCESSES
EVERY DAY
Give yourself at least ten minutes outside. Walk in a park. Sit under a tree in silence. Swim in water. Play with your children or a pet. Dance with the wind. Watch nature living and imagine the music it is gifting you. Be grateful for your current environment, for your current circumstances, and bless it all, yourself included.
Drink fresh clear water with gratitude throughout the day. Lightly steeped herbal teas also count as fresh water.
Enjoy preparing your meals. Be present and grateful to everything you cut, chop, dice, cook. Gratitude to the Earth. Gratitude to the people who plant, tend, harvest, and share their bounty. Gratitude to the markets. Gratitude to food itself for giving its life to your life. Receiving with joyful abundance its nutrition and nourishment.
Eat more slowly. Consciously chewing your food with attention to the flavors and textures. Put the fork or food all the way on the plate while you ingest consciously the bite you just took.
Thank your body. Smile at your liver. Express gratitude to your digestion. Thank your intestines for freeing you from exhaustion by eliminating all undigested waste efficiently. Thank your lymphatic system, your hormonal system, your circulatory and endocrine systems. Thank your whole body and your every cell for its miracle of creating fresh, healthy life in you, every day.
Prepare your recordings for each day’s session, your room, yourself. Turning off all cell phones or devices for one hour of uninterrupted bliss.
Prepare a journal, or creative space to draw, write, color, paint, build something fun out of play dough to play within the 24 hours after each session. Dance, sing, create something – to express and assist in the releasing processes.
Consider devoting another ten minutes each day to be in silent breathing, or in guided meditation, or listening to a piece of music while remaining conscious of your natural breath rhythms. Several guided meditations and breathwork are provided in the series.
THE WHERE & THE WHO: A POSSIBLE 7-DAY INDEPENDENT SCHEDULE!
DAY ONE – LIGHT

Afternoon- Nature/Play Outside
Evening – Physical Bodhi Session - One Hour in a relaxed, quiet environment. Have a glass of fresh water to bless before and drink after. Begin all sessions sitting up with feet touching the floor. Lie down during guided practice wearing eye patch is encouraged. You may find yourself falling asleep. All is well. Keep quiet about the session to others for the next 24 hours. Early to sleep well and deep “I accept going into all the portals that are open and integrating with all my Energy across all time dimension space and reality. Thank you.”
DAY TWO – Atmosphere/Firmament
Morning – Nature/Play Outside
Afternoon – Day 2 – 7 Days of Gratitude Make or buy yourself a card and mail it to U!

DAY THREE – Dry Ground & Plants
Morning – Day 3- 7 Days of Gratitude Watch and follow with the movements to the best of your current ability – remember – judgment free zones! The 15-minute Daily Qi Gong Routine
Afternoon – Nature/Play Outside
Evening - Emotional Bodhi Session - One Hour in a relaxed, quiet environment. Have a glass of fresh water to bless before and drink after. Begin all sessions sitting up with feet touching the floor. Lie down during guided practice wearing eye patch is encouraged.
DAY FOUR – The Sun, The Moon, & The Stars
Morning – Nature/Play Outside
Afternoon- Journal/Draw/Create – It’s only seven days! Keep Going!
Evening- Day 4 – 7 Days of Gratitude Luxuriate in bath. Listen to Kamal’s whale and dolphin music or a meditation with Laurie Reyon, Standing Whale Mother in the candlelit, delicious bubble and salt bath (foot soak if no tub available) Early to sleep well and deep “I accept going into all the portals that are open and integrating with all my Energy across all time dimension space and reality. Thank you.”
DAY FIVE -The Birds & The Sea Creatures
Morning – Day 5 – 7 Days of Gratitude Watch and Sing with the Algonquin Water Song. Then, write a love poem or song to yourself, or yourself as a part of the Earth who is deeply honored, loved, respected, cherished, and adored
Afternoon – Nature/Play Outside
Evening - Mental Bodhi Session - One Hour in a relaxed, quiet environment. Have a glass of fresh water to bless before and drink after. Begin all sessions sitting up with feet touching the floor. Lie down during guided practice wearing eye patch is encouraged.
DAY SIX – The Land, The Animals, and Human Beings
Morning – Journal, Draw, Paint, or prepare your nutrition while listening to Paul Horn in the Taj Mahal Day 6 – 7 Days of Gratitude Buy or Pick yourself a bouquet of flowers and place them in your home with flourish!
Afternoon – Nature/Play Outside
Evening – Love yourself! Celebrate yourself for all the days of self-care you have accomplished! Perhaps you read and revise your poem, or your letter has arrived by the post? Whatever you are now choosing! Enjoy!
DAY SEVEN -The Sabbath of Rest & Recreation
A day of true rest, relaxation, and recreation. Do whatever you feel called in whatever order. Day 7- 7 Days of Gratitude: Give yourself something you rarely find time to do. Or that you’ve wanted to do but never did. Make that appointment to a museum, show, whatever! Watch “Frog & Toad Are Friends: The Garden”
Evening - Spiritual Bodhi Session – Complete the final session as the previous three. Go all the way into the final session. (Even if you’ve skipped days! “Forget about it”! You’ve done it right and you’ve done it well. Please give yourself the gift of completion. And finish this 4th session)
