Untying, unknotting, destorying, detriggering from archaic language to free our minds and Live in Oneness, Unity, & Wholeness, Now & Consistently An Exercise of Affirmative Life Guidance
Lee I’m glad to see the Un’NOT’ed Commandments here. But I’m very disappointed that you didn’t give credit where credit is due.
Your post reads as if you and Cindy Kubica (my business partner) did this work together, and I’m afraid that is simply not the case.
While you were part of the discussion, the actual work of un’NOT’ing the Commandments was a collaborative exercise of our whole online community at Energized Living Today (energizedlivingtoday.com), our “Soul Gang.”
The Truth on How the Idea Came About
In January 2020, Cindy was asked by her guides to “un’NOT’ the Ten Commandments.” She was encouraged to take this idea to our Soul Gang as a group assignment, which she did. (The video is in our community library.) Lee, I pretty sure this was before you joined our community which was months later.
Cindy’s guides made clear this assignment wasn’t about replacing the original commandments, but rather an exercise to look at them with fresh, more enlightened and inclusive eyes.
And thus, the un’NOT’ed Ten Commandments were born, not as “a play” between you and Cindy; but as a community project (led by Cindy) of a loving, seeking, “Soul Gang”, who deserve credit for the work they did.
In May of 2022, Cindy was guided to have the Soul Gang revisit the un’NOT’ed Commandments (Her guides call them The Ten Honors). She did so, and the results are as follows:
1. You shall have no other gods before Me.
I love and honor the creator, myself, and all creation as we are ONE.
2. You shall not make false idols and bow down to them or serve them.
I'm grateful for my divine guides and tools of enlightenment that ‘assist’ me in living in the light.
3. You shall not take God’s name in vain.
I understand the power of my words and do my best to always speak with respect and from a place of love.
4. Keep the Sabbath day holy.
To stay centered, I set aside time for myself and my loved ones.
5. Honor your father and your mother.
I honor my soul contracts, even when they are difficult, for I know they are here to help me in my spiritual growth.
6. You shall not murder.
I honor all life.
7. You shall not commit adultery.
I keep my sacred promises.
8. You shall not steal.
I know the universe is abundant and fulfills all my needs.
9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
I do my best to be truthful in word and deed.
10. You shall not covet.
I'm happy for another’s blessings as I AM also blessed.
Of course, each of us are free to create our own version of the un’Not’ed Commandments. In fact, in Cindy’s new book on The Seven Storms Uprooting Humanity, she encourages people to do so. As a channel, Cindy does not take credit for the idea, but rather gives credit to her guides and the Soul Gang.
We will not share your article with our community, they would be hurt to see you claim this idea as your own work, leaving them out.
I apologize if the way I came to have this version of the Un-NOT-ing of the 10 commandments left out details I was unaware - and for "In that light, I share here a play a friend, Cindy Kubica (Energized Living Today), and I conjured many years ago. "
You make a valid point. It is unclear that "Energized Living Today" is "The Soul Gang", including you Dear Farris L. Poole and that it was a greater group than just Cindy and me.
I revise that line to read:
" In that light, I share here a play led by Cindy Kubica (Energized Living Today) and her "Soul Gang" to "Un-NOT" the Ten Commandments, which Cindy's guides now call "The Ten Honors". I discovered after contacting Cindy this week, she has included them in a book, soon to be published by Hay House. Her own, and her sacred guidance, version of them will be much more in depth than the ones I interpreted from this play together. I highly recommend you check out "The Soul Gang" on Facebook if you feel called! And look for her books, as well."
Please let me know if that revision in the introduction soothes your recollections and my expressions of what these statements of guidance mean to me.
I do remember being in charge of taking notes, typing, and providing both you and Cindy with the written version I have written about here. I also remember you contacting me directly asking for the written versions because you could not find them. When I brought up the word document after the Louisiana SCOTUS ruling, it was unchanged from that time together. I felt it was an important share on this platform at this time. Memory is fickle, interpretations even more intangible, but the written word remains constant.
I am grateful for this exchange, @Farris L. Poole. I know, I always credit Source sources in appropriate and respectful manner, as I have done in this article, which I am more than happy to revise as above.

Thank you for correcting this post.
Here’s another one that’s got some humor you and The Soul Gang may enjoy!https://open.substack.com/pub/michaelmoore/p/making-sure-louisiana-posts-gods?r=2kkjlx&utm_medium=ios

What a beautiful way of restating the Commandments! The original words are threatening, but yours are comforting!
Wonderful news. Thank you for your feedback 🐢
